JANESVILLE β€” A planned affordable housing project at 101 Rockport Road in Janesville’s Fourth Ward is no longer happening due to β€œfinancial constraints,” the developer has told city officials.

Now, the developers of that defunct project are eyeing a new site for multi-family housing β€” a large city-owned surface parking lot adjacent to Rock County Brewing Company, 10 N. Parker Dr., in downtown Janesville.
