JANESVILLE β€” A resident of an area group home walked into a Janesville Kwik Trip Sunday with a self-inflicted slash to her neck, Janesville police said.

Police Sgt. Benjamin Thompson said the person received medical treatment and was reported in stable condition after walking into the Kwik Trip at 3123 U.S. Highway 51, near the intersection of State Highway 11 on Janesville’s southside, around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
