MILTON β€” Undeterred by Wednesday’s rain, members of the Milton Common Council, Milton Area Chamber of Commerce representatives, and the owners of Advanced Concrete gathered to break ground on the company’s new facility at 1422 Putman Parkway, in Milton.

Advance Concrete trucks filled the dirt parcel where the new building will go. Owners grabbed golden shovels and took ceremonious first digs into the ground.
